2012-2013 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
LB 1006- Moves the date in which a student must be 5 years old in order to enter kindergarten from October 15 to July 31 beginning with the 2012-2013 school year.
Children will need to be age appropriate for the class level they will be attending by July 31, 2012.

Registration Forms for the 2012-2013 school year are now available.

Registration Letter - explains the registration process
Registration Form - necessary to enroll your child
Child Record - mandatory form required by the State of Nebraska
Complete and return:
1 The Registration Form with the registration fee.
2. The Child Record Form with all sections completely filled out.
(A new, updated immunization record from NESIIS or from your healthcare provider will be accepted as a substitute for filling out the Certificate of Immunization section on the second page. NESIIS information is available below.)
Classes available include: Please refer to the Registration form found below for times and tuition.
Classes for 5 year olds:
- Mon - Fri - OPEN (There are only 5 spots remaining.)
Classes for 4/5 year olds:
- Mon/Wed/Fri - OPEN (There are only 2 spots remaining in these classes.)
- Tues/Thurs/Fri - This class has reached capacity and is now closed. ***
- Mon - Thurs - These classes have reached capacity and are now closed. ***
Classes for 3/4 year olds:
- Mon/Wed - OPEN Due to demand for our 3 /4 year old program, we have opened another class and it has been filling fast. There are only 5 spots remaining in these classes.
- Tues/Thurs -OPEN Due to demand for our 3 /4 year old program, we have opened another class and it has been filling fast. There are only 3 spots remaining in these classes.
***Even though these classes are closed, situations can change and openings can occur. Families move, people change jobs, family schedules change, etc. If you would like to register your child for one of these closed classes, there are two ways you can do that.
1.) Register your child for one of the open classes and attach a note stating that you would like your child moved to the closed class if an opening occurs. Your child will then be enrolled in the preschool and he/she will be on the waiting list for that closed class.
2.) Register your child for the closed class. Your child will then be placed on the waiting list for that closed class. By using this method your child will not be enrolled in the preschool unless an opening does occur.
Extended Care will be available:
For morning classes, extended care is available 7:00 a.m. until class starts
and after class until 12:15 p.m.
For afternoon classes, extended care is available 11:00 a.m. until class starts and after class until 6:00 p.m.
2012-2013 costs for extended care:
- if a child stays late or comes early for 1-30 minutes the total cost is $1.75.
- if a child stays late or comes early for 31-45 minutes the total cost is $2.65.
- if a child stays late or comes early for 46-60 minutes the total cost is $3.50.
